Conference system [SCOPE]

Abstract:
For scientific conferences, a management system has been developed that supports and ensures the complete process of submission, peer review, revision and release for conference papers by using a web based interface. In Addition, the workflow system based on role descriptions and personal user accounts is appropriate for the organisational preparation and processing of a conference (preparation of the conference program, registration and management of conference participants, room management, serial letter functionality etc.). The system is configurable to a large extent through the web interface and has been reused by a multitude of conferences and workshops.
