Abstract:
The publication and editorial system (Editorial Toolbox), the document upload and publication workflow, the adjustment of Plone objects for connection with the repository, and the peer review workflow allocate a web based interface (frontend) that enables scientific editorial boards to run their own peer reviewed journals. All important functionalities for controlling publishing activities (incl. peer review workflow) are implemented on a role basis.
